Tri-County Hospice Society

The Tri-County Hospice Society is a local charity committed to ensuring compassionate, dignified end-of-life care for residents and families across our region. Through community fundraising and strategic partnerships, the Society supports hospice and palliative care services, including the creation of dedicated spaces and programs that comfort patients and ease the emotional burden on loved ones.

By supporting the Wickedly Enchanted Gala, donors help the Society continue its vital work — bringing peace, comfort, and dignity to people during life’s most challenging moments. Your contribution makes a meaningful difference in the quality of care available right here at home.

A portion of each ticket sale will go to the above charitable groups. Tax receipts will be issued following the event.

How do I purchase tickets?
Ticketing is handled directly through our team. To purchase tickets, please call us at 902-742-2736 or email events@mileeast.com and we will assist you. Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Formal tickets will be provided prior to the event. Your confirmation email may also be used for entry if required.

How can I pay for tickets?
Tickets may be paid for via:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card (in person)

  • Cheque

  • E-transfer

  • Cash (in person)

What if I don’t know all guest names or meal selections at the time of purchase?
Please provide the information you have at the time of booking. You may follow up with our team to update guest names and meal selections. Final details must be confirmed prior to the event to ensure accurate catering.

I’m interested in sponsoring the event or purchasing a full table. Who do I contact?

Are tickets refundable?
Ticket purchases are final. However, transfers to another guest may be accommodated up to one week prior to the event. Please contact our team to arrange a transfer.

Seating Arrangements

There will be assigned seating for the gala dinner. Every effort will be made to accommodate seating requests; however, we cannot guarantee all requests. Tables seat a maximum of eight guests.

Dress Suggestions

Black Tie encouraged — formal eveningwear such as tuxedos, suits, gowns, cocktail dresses, or elevated separates are welcome. A suit or dress pants with a dress shirt are also perfectly appropriate. Guests are invited to incorporate a touch of emerald or pink to embrace the theme.

Can I book a room at the Rodd Grand Hotel?
Yes. Guests requiring accommodations should book directly with the Rodd Grand Hotel. Room availability and rates are managed by the hotel.

Please note: accommodation is included only for guests who purchase The Enchantment Experience ticket package. All other room bookings must be made independently.

Parking

Parking is available at and near the Rodd Grand Hotel. Please follow posted signage and hotel guidance upon arrival.

Payment at the Event

Credit, Debit, and Cash will be accepted during the event for fundraising games, raffles, and auctions. Cheques for auction items may be accepted from pre-approved individuals.

Will tickets be available at the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales will close no later than 48 hours before the event to allow for accurate catering and event preparation.

Is this a 19+ event?

Yes. Guests must be 19 years of age or older. Identification may be requested upon entry.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Our culinary team is experienced in accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies. Please advise us of any requirements at the time of ticket purchase.

How do I receive a tax receipt?

Tax receipts will be issued by the Tri-County Hospice Society following the event and mailed to the address provided at the time of purchase.
