Wharf Rat Rally

One of Canada’s largest motorcycle rallies — and an anchor event for Southwestern Nova Scotia's tourism season. Our team supports planning, logistics, event operations, community engagement, and on-site execution, helping deliver a high-energy festival that attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year.

Nova Scotia Marathon – Municipality of Barrington

A marquee road race on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
Mile East Productions contributes to event operations, marketing support, logistics planning, volunteer coordination, and overall participant experience for one of the province’s most scenic and historic marathon events.

Canadian Senior Curling Championships

A national championship showcasing elite curling talent from across the country.
Our team supported event operations, logistics, and venue planning to ensure a professional, athlete-focused experience for both competitors and fans.

Nova Scotia 55+ Games

Celebrating active living and healthy competition across the province.

Yarmouth 2021 – Our team played key roles in planning support, logistics, volunteer coordination, and event execution across multiple sport venues.

Bridgewater & Lunenburg County 2025 – We are currently working with host communities to support event planning, operations, communications, and community legacy development for this multi-sport, multi-venue provincial event.

Congrès mondial acadien 2024

A series of landmark events bringing together communities from across Nova Scotia and beyond.
Mile East Productions has delivered site management and event operations for multiple large outdoor events — five major productions to date — each drawing thousands of attendees.

Our scope has included:

  • Full site layout & design

  • Stage configuration and backstage operations

  • Logistics and equipment management

  • Crowd flow and safety planning

  • On-site operations for large audiences

  • Security coordination, including VVIP support

  • Collaboration with municipal teams, emergency services, and key event partners
