Day of Coordination

​Includes the following services;

  • 3 in person meetings. 

    • Discovery Meeting

    • Venue Walk Through

    • One Month Out Meeting

  • Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management ~ every wedding includes (1)  wedding coordinator plus an assistant.

    • A second Coordinator or assistant may be required for barn/farm weddings, vineyard weddings, private home weddings and or large open space/non-traditional venue weddings that require a lot of set up. Additional fees will apply.

  • Review of all vendor contracts, if we are contracted prior to vendors being selected we will provide a basic level of review prior to you signing.

  • Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.
  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.

  • Assist with bridal party and family for photographs.

  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements, key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)

  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.

  • Unlimited contact via email/text/phone from the time of contract. Phone or video chats may need to be pre-scheduled.

  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure planning progress.
  • Timeline creation of wedding day details.

  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all your wedding vendors as identified by you and confirm all important details, at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • Be the point of contact the day of your wedding for vendors

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors

  • Retain the marriage license from officiant.

  • Retrieve wedding gifts / cards.

  • Arrange for your personal items to be packed up and stored securely.

  • FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit”.
